The stage is set, and guess what? It’s calling my name because...
The comedy stage is mine
It’s only a matter a time
Until you’ll pay a dime
(or two)
For our rendez-vous
You on your seat
And me standing
Like a goofball handling
All the stares that meet
My eyes
With surprise
And wonder-ing
What I’m ponder-ing
When I’m spitt-ing
All the BS
With no less
Than a poor dress
And a microphone
In my hand-bone
So that I can get done
What I intend to do
Which is to entertain you.
Soon, you’ll be tossing coins into my hat as we rendezvous - you sitting comfortably, me standing and goofing around. Caught your eye yet?
Here’s where it gets real:
- Comedy’s an art. We express, we feel.
- It’s a craft, too. Practice makes a master.
- I’m here to entertain and stir thoughts.
- The best joke? It has a pinch of tragedy.
- Every chuckle carries a message. Sometimes hidden, always powerful.
- Comedy reflects life, showing us who we are.
- It dares greatly, sharing thoughts some might shy away from.
- It invites vulnerability, like an open book fluttering in the wind.
- Expect absurd humor - the kind that makes you roll your eyes but laugh anyways.
- It’s odd, it’s jarring, it makes you rethink.
My mission? Tailor each joke to fit like a glove. When I pen down those punchlines for you, they speak your market’s language, painting mental pictures only your audience will get.
