i only did the following...
publish my PLD83 text as a tweet [1]
included a talking head video
@mentioned @billions_ntwk
(they have 585.2k followers)
and i updated my bio
to reflect that im part of the @billions_ntwk team
which is why i suddenly
got 22,416 impressions
and 148 new follows
a jump from being invisible on x (aug)
to being somewhat visible on x (sep)
when you have the right connections (literally)
then things happen
which has always been true
and is true in this case as well
oh, one last thing before you go...
some people come to you
and want something from you

and want nothing from you
some people come to you
and want everything from you
and some people come to you
and want nothing but you
first they ignore you
then they ignore you more
then you have sthg they want
then they "want" you
they they "fight" with you
until they get what they want
and leave you with nothing
the attention game is dangerous
